The Enforced Recover Package provides legal assistance at non-contentious and contentious stages of enforced debt recovery.
To this end, the Consultancy provides, among others, the following services:
- Checking debtors' data;
- Checking debtors' outstanding balances;
- Representing the client out of court ? negotiations;
- Preparing appropriate requests for payment, statements and other documents necessary to effectively pursue claims in later stages of proceedings;
- Preparation of complete procedural documentation in the enforced recovery procedure;
- Representation before courts of all instances;
- Representation in enforcement proceedings.
