Copyrights and related rights

Among other things, the Consultancy:

• drafts or provides opinions on agreements for the use of work and agreements for the use of an image;
  

• provides opinions on various types of events to determine whether copyrights have been infringed;
  

• represents creators and artists in negotiating agreements with producers and publishers;
  

• represents clients in all disputes related to infringement of copyrights, related rights, images and databases.
