The Consultancy provides legal services for entrepreneurs in the area of construction and management of real estate at all stages of investment: acquisition, design, construction work and use.

The scope of services provided by the Consultancy includes:

• preparation of legal analyses from the point of view of construction and real estate law;
  

• negotiation of agreements for construction work;
  

• legal support in obtaining construction permits and other necessary administrative decisions;
  

• representation in administrative proceedings and land and mortgage register proceedings; also in those that are related to permits for foreigners to acquire real estate;
  

• representation in litigation regarding real estate or arising from implementation of the construction process;

• representation in administrative and judicial proceedings in matters related to reprivatisation claims.
