The Consultancy provides entrepreneurs with full and professional representation in contentious proceedings at every stage thereof, and at all instances.Representation before a court includes:
preparation of a statement of claim and all other necessary procedural letters required to effectively submit a claim and pursue a claim before a court;
representation at hearings;
representation in enforcement warrant proceedings, i.e. to give a judgment an enforceability clause to obtain a writ of execution permitting enforcement.
