LLC purchase package

For those who are planning to immediately commence economic activity, concluding articles of association before a Notary, registering the company in the National Court Register, and obtaining NIP (Tax ID) and REGON (National Business Registry) numbers, takes considerably longer than purchasing a company that is already registered and prepared to undertake commercial activities.

It should be noted that the registered companies offered by the Consultancy have no transaction history.
