Enforcement proceedings

The Consultancy represents entrepreneurs at all stages of enforcement proceedings, from their initiation until their completion.

The scope of legal assistance provided includes enforcement proceedings carried out by court enforcement officers at district courts, and by administrative bodies in administrative enforcement proceedings (e.g. public-law liabilities enforced by tax authorities and the Social Insurance Institution).

The Consultancy provides services in enforcement proceedings in, among others, the following areas:

• representation of creditors in enforcement proceedings;
  

• representation of debtors in enforcement proceedings;
  

• proceedings contesting enforcement, protection of third parties and spouses in enforcement proceedings;
  

• proceedings to prohibit the conduct of economic activity;
  

• proceedings for enforcement against property;
  

• proceedings for enforcement against movable property.
