editing employment contracts and employee statements;
drafting managerial contracts;
preparing employee regulations for work, remuneration, bonuses, collective bargaining agreements and other internal employment law sources;
representation in court proceedings regarding employment law and social insurance;
legal assistance in the process of collective redundancies;
representation in dealings with trade union organisations;
representation in dealings with the National Labour Inspectorate.
